He has a passion for fishing and enjoying the outdoors wherever possible.
Professionally, he has experience as a qualified meat worker and knows his meat well, enjoying smoking and roasting. He has worked in selected hospitality venues previously, and is now bringing his love of food to Yowie and the Goat.

Starting as a young chef with a love for flavour, Hunter soon expanded her craft to coffee, becoming a skilled barista known for both precision and personality.
Her passion for creativity later led her behind the bar, where she refined her mixology skills and earned recognition as a cocktail award winner.
Whether she’s crafting a menu, shaking something show-stopping, or leading a team through a busy night, Hunter brings the same signature blend of professionalism, humour, and high energy.
Now at 30 years old, Hunter continues to thrive in environments where connection matters, delivering memorable experiences with her cheeky grin, bubbly spirit, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
